The vet techs are super nice here! Both our cats were very comfortable with the staff. Johanna was very informative and our cat moldi butt loved her. Alyssa was very quick and helpful! She made our kitten Himari's last vaccine super fast!

Disco had a great first visit with Dr. Lem! She was very thorough, detailed and answered our questions thoughtfully. We are happy to have found a Dr for our fur baby in our new neighborhood.

I switched to Jester Plaza when I was in a pinch and needed boarding for my older dog. I'm so glad I did. The location is convenient, the hours are good, and the parking situation is great. But so much more than that, the entire staff is excellent and empathetic in a way that's above and beyond what is required of a vet. They all seem to genuinely care for you and your pet. Dr. Lem is knowledgeable and kind and takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend this vet.
Also, costs for boarding are reasonable for the area which helps.

Everyone is so kind and willing to listen or help with anything I need. The vet techs are very gentle with my dog and love her. They do a good job easing her nerves and giving her the care she needs. I boarded her during a big storm there, and when they lost power, they were extremely quick to call my emergency contact to come pick her up. After the fact, they gave me a credit on my account for the nights that I had already paid for that she did not use. Everyone there is awesome and I could not ask for a better vet!
